My story

Where it began

Curiosity was always my compass. Growing up between France and Switzerland, I developed an early fascination for human behaviour — what drives people, what moves markets, what makes things click. That interest led me to IE University in Madrid, where I studied Behavioural and Social Sciences with a business focus: consumer psychology, neuromarketing, design thinking, and brand strategy. By the time I graduated in 2022, I had a degree in understanding people — and an itch to apply it in the real world.

What shaped me

Startup life has a way of turning you into a generalist fast. At Lane Digital, I learned how to generate results from nothing — building lead pipelines, running international campaigns, navigating clients across three countries. Then at Sonect, a fintech with global ambitions, I went deeper: from Junior Product Manager to Business Development & Innovation Manager, leading LATAM expansion, launching the Mexico market from scratch, optimising CRM systems, and even translating regulatory requirements across borders. Five years of that environment didn't just give me skills — it gave me instincts.

Identifying, structuring and closing strategic B2B partnerships. From cold outreach to signed deals — I've done it across Europe and Latin America, adapting to each market's logic and pace.

Led full market entry in Mexico — from analysis and partner selection to launch. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building the structure from the ground up when there isn't one yet.

When Sonect decided to enter the Mexican market, the brief was simple: make it happen. I led the project end-to-end — identifying and selecting the right banking and retail partners, navigating KYC/KYB and anti-money laundering requirements specific to Mexican regulation, and coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones. The result was a fully operational market launch with a pipeline that moved 50% faster than previous comparable projects.
