Your next AI project will be adopted.
Not just deployed. I bring behavioural science to AI rollouts, so the stack you invest in becomes the stack your team swears by. Five years inside Swiss startups.

Read on scrollMost AI initiatives don't fail in the build. They fail in the fourth week, when the team quietly goes back to the old spreadsheet. I build for that fourth week, not just for launch day.

How adoption gets engineeredDiagnose
Sit with the team first. Map where the work actually happens, and where trust breaks down.
Design
Build the smallest stack that removes real friction. No tool for the tool's sake.
Embed
Train, pair and iterate until the team runs it without me in the room.
Govern
Write the rules that keep it safe, compliant and auditable as it scales.
People don't resist technology. They resist losing their footing.
Based in Lausanne, with a degree in behavioural and social sciences from IE University and five years inside Swiss tech startups. That combination means I can sit in the workshop where an ops team explains why they don't trust the new tool, and in the build where that tool gets fixed.
At SwissAware I built an AI stack from nothing and trained non-technical colleagues until they ran it themselves. At WattAnyWhere I rebuilt the pipeline a sales team had been fighting for a year. At Sonect I opened a regulated market from Zurich.
Powerful, ethical, transparent, and designed for the people who will use it. That's the whole job.
Before startups I taught kitesurfing to more than a thousand students across four countries. The hardest part was never the kite. It was the fear.
